Selangor import player, Ifedayo Olusegun is currently undergoing quarantine since arriving in Malaysia on 11th August.During a recent interview, Ifedayo expressed his joy to be able to return to Malaysia.

"I feel very happy to be back in Malaysia because I can be with my teammates again," he said.

The Nigerian striker is also determined to maintain fitness as his main focus during the 14 days quarantine before heading back to the Selangor camp.

The FA Selangor management has also sent some sports equipment such as bicycles and weightlifting equipment to Ifedayo to ensure his fitness.

Ifedayo continues to remain positive with the opportunities available and hopes the supporters will give their full trust to the team.

"I believe we still have a good chance for this season. So, I hope the supporters will trust us to prove our best," he hoped.

Hopefully, Ifedayo can return to the Selangor camp soon and remains committed in training with the Red Giants for the team to show their best in the remaining M League tournament fixtures.

The Selangor FA will resume the CIMB Super League 2020 campaign against the PJ City FC on 27 August 2020 at the UiTM Stadium, Shah Alam.
